Russ Palmiter

I met Jiri back in 2007 when he competed in USA. I found him friendly and he didn’t mind to give some training tips. When he returned to Czech we remained working on my bodybuilding over the internet.

He came back to USA in 2009 so we had a chance to meet up and discuss things in person.

I know he has more bodybuilders who he works with over the internet. I must say that its not such a trouble not to have him here in States.
