M\u00fdm hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem je uk\u00e1zat, \u017ee cvi\u010den\u00ed a strava nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt za trest, ale mus\u00ed se st\u00e1t p\u0159irozenou a udr\u017eitelnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed va\u0161eho \u017eivota. \u017dijeme v usp\u011bchan\u00e9 dob\u011b, kdy chceme v\u0161echno hned, ale trval\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky je t\u0159eba budovat postupn\u011b a od pevn\u00fdch z\u00e1klad\u016f. Fitness v\u00e1s nau\u010d\u00ed discipl\u00edn\u011b a vybuduje n\u00e1vyky, kter\u00e9 se pozitivn\u011b prom\u00edtnou do va\u0161eho osobn\u00edho \u017eivota, pracovn\u00edho i celkov\u00e9ho p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed. Jsem tu od toho, abych v\u00e1m pomohl naj\u00edt cestu, d\u00edky kter\u00e9 budete zdrav\u00ed a sami se sebou spokojen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd jsme jin\u00fd, proto je pro m\u011b absolutn\u00edm z\u00e1kladem individu\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup. Stoj\u00edm za prom\u011bnami mnoha lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dnou pr\u00e1ci, rodiny a minimum \u010dasu. S\u00e1m jsem sice aktivn\u00ed z\u00e1vodn\u00edk a \u010derp\u00e1m informace od absolutn\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dky (od profesion\u00e1l\u016f a tren\u00e9r\u016f z Mr. Olympia \u010di Arnold Classic, EVLS atd.), ale nejv\u00edc m\u011b bav\u00ed vz\u00edt to nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z vrcholov\u00e9ho sportu a u\u0161\u00edt to na m\u00edru pr\u00e1v\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 populaci.
