Jako osobn\u00ed tren\u00e9rka p\u016fsob\u00edm v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 let a za tu dobu jsem nasb\u00edrala bohat\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti jak s individu\u00e1ln\u00edm tr\u00e9ninkem, tak s veden\u00edm skupinov\u00fdch lekc\u00ed. Pro\u0161la jsem \u0159adou certifikovan\u00fdch workshop\u016f zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na tabatu, funk\u010dn\u00ed a kruhov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink, kter\u00e9 jsem dlouhodob\u011b vedla ve sportovn\u00edm centru. Neust\u00e1le se vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1m , \u00fa\u010dastnila jsem se tak\u00e9 n\u011bkolika odborn\u00fdch,certifikovan\u00fdch konferenc\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na v\u00fd\u017eivu.<\/p>\n<p>Jsem matka t\u0159ech d\u011bt\u00ed,tak v\u011b\u0159\u00edm,\u017ee i velmi dob\u0159e rozum\u00edm \u017een\u00e1m v jejich stresov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei  a tlaku na dokonalost..<\/p>\n<p>V posledn\u00edch letech se ve sv\u00e9 praxi st\u00e1le v\u00edce zam\u011b\u0159uji tak\u00e9 na propojen\u00ed t\u011bla a psychiky. I zde jsem pro\u0161la n\u011bkolika kurzy energetick\u00e9 psychologie.<\/p>\n<p>Vn\u00edm\u00e1m, jak z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv m\u00e1 stres, dlouhodob\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e a nepro\u017eit\u00e9 emoce na pohyb, dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, v\u00fdkon i celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b proto pracuji s respektem k individu\u00e1ln\u00edm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m ka\u017ed\u00e9ho klienta a v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee psychosomatika je ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed cesty ke skute\u010dn\u00e9 rovnov\u00e1ze.<\/p>\n<p>Pohyb vn\u00edm\u00e1m jako p\u0159irozenou sou\u010d\u00e1st \u017eivota, ne jako tlak na v\u00fdkon. Nejde o extr\u00e9my ani o zved\u00e1n\u00ed co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch vah, ale o funk\u010dn\u00ed silov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink, kter\u00fd posiluje t\u011blo, dod\u00e1v\u00e1 energii a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 c\u00edtit se dob\u0159e \u2013 fyzicky i psychicky.<\/p>\n<p>Nev\u011b\u0159\u00edm ve striktn\u00ed diety na hranic\u00edch hladov\u011bn\u00ed. U\u010d\u00edm, jak naslouchat sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu, rozpoznat kvalitn\u00ed potraviny a pochopit, co mu d\u011bl\u00e1 dob\u0159e. J\u00eddlo m\u00e1 vy\u017eivovat, dod\u00e1vat energii a podporovat zdrav\u00ed \u2013 ne b\u00fdt zdrojem stresu nebo v\u00fd\u010ditek.<\/p>\n<p>Neu\u010d\u00edm tla\u010dit na v\u00fdkon za ka\u017edou cenu. Spole\u010dn\u011b hled\u00e1me rovnov\u00e1hu, kter\u00e1 je dlouhodob\u011b udr\u017eiteln\u00e1 a zapadne do tv\u00e9ho \u017eivota.
