Pro m\u011b to nikdy nebyla jen fyzick\u00e1 aktivita, ale zp\u016fsob, jak se starat o sv\u00e9 t\u011blo, mysl a energii. Posilovna je m\u00fdm ka\u017edodenn\u00edm ritu\u00e1lem, m\u00fdm prostorem pro relaxaci a r\u016fst.<\/p>\n<p>Moje dv\u011b dcery vyr\u016fstaly doslova mezi \u010dinkami, proto\u017ee v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee zdrav\u00fd a siln\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl je t\u00edm nejlep\u0161\u00edm, co m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159ed\u00e1vat d\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p>V lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce jsem si splnila sen a nastoupila na svou prvn\u00ed sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed stage. Byla to v\u00fdzva, ale tak\u00e9 za\u010d\u00e1tek nov\u00e9 kapitoly &#8211; fitness m\u011b bav\u00ed a chci se v n\u011bm d\u00e1l rozv\u00edjet.<\/p>\n<p>Jsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00e1, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku je silov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink nepostradateln\u00fd &#8211; pro zdrav\u00ed, vitalitu, dlouhov\u011bkost i radost ze \u017eivota. Sama jsem cel\u00fd \u017eivot studovala, vzd\u011bl\u00e1vala se a svou cestu jsem zavr\u0161ila tren\u00e9rskou licenc\u00ed. Te\u010f bych r\u00e1da sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti p\u0159ed\u00e1vala v\u0161em, kte\u0159\u00ed se cht\u011bj\u00ed c\u00edtit dob\u0159e ve sv\u00e9m t\u011ble bez ohledu na v\u011bk. Proto\u017ee v\u011bk je jen \u010d\u00edslo. Co je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, je za\u010d\u00edt. A j\u00e1 tu jsem, abych v\u00e1m s t\u00edm pomohla.<\/p>\n<p>Tv\u00e1 cesta. Tv\u00e9 tempo.
