Sport miluji ji\u017e od d\u011btstv\u00ed, proto\u017ee pohyb, to je \u017eivot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Od roku 2020 p\u0159edcvi\u010duji pro americkou neziskovou organizaci Fitness without borders. R\u00e1da d\u011bl\u00e1m v\u011bci po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b a proto jsem se v oboru za\u010dala vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat. Jako prvn\u00ed jsem absolvovala kurz osobn\u00edho tren\u00e9ra ve Fitness education. N\u00e1sledn\u011b kurz Fitness instruktora v 3D Fitness academy, kde se vych\u00e1z\u00ed z princip\u016f v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 kineziologie a db\u00e1 se na v\u0161estrann\u00fd atletick\u00fd rozvoj jedince. Hned jsem v\u011bd\u011bla, \u017ee tohle je moje cesta. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Chci pomoci lidem se h\u00fdbat kvalitn\u011b a p\u0159irozen\u011b a bez bolesti. M\u016fj c\u00edl je, aby byl \u010dlov\u011bk pohybov\u011b v\u0161estrann\u00fd a to co se nau\u010dil u m\u011b, dok\u00e1zal pou\u017e\u00edt nejen ve sportu, ale i v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b. A hlavn\u011b, aby si tento vzorec dok\u00e1zal celo\u017eivotn\u011b udr\u017eet. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm v celostn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup ke \u010dlov\u011bku, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd je unik\u00e1tn\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tr\u00e9nink by m\u011bl b\u00fdt nejen d\u0159ina, ale i z\u00e1bava. Kombinuji silov\u00fd tr\u00e9nink s kondi\u010dn\u00edm. Vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m r\u00e1da jednoru\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinky, kettlebell, TRX, odporov\u00e9 gumy aj.
