V\u00a0d\u011btstv\u00ed jsem se v\u011bnovala sportovn\u00edmu aerobiku a vytrvalostn\u00edm sport\u016fm. Vystudovala jsem obor hotelnictv\u00ed a tourismus, n\u011bjakou dobu pracovala v gastronomii, ale moje srdce m\u011b v\u017edy t\u00e1hlo ke zdrav\u00e9mu \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu, oboru fitness a zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b. Po maturit\u011b jsem tedy absolvovala akreditovan\u00fd kurz osobn\u00edho tren\u00e9ra fitness a poradce ve sportovn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b u Dr. Petra Tlap\u00e1ka v Praze a obdr\u017eela osv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed o odborn\u00e9 kvalifikaci. Za svou praxi jsem vybudovala fitness centrum, pracovala jako nutri\u010dn\u00ed terapeut, poradce pro v\u00fd\u017eivu a osobn\u00ed tren\u00e9r ve fitness, ale i cvi\u010ditelka bosu, zumby, aerobiku, fit boxu, spinningu a jumpingu.
